Recipe by Daniel Myers
A very easy recipe - the result is a sort of rice-pudding pie.
3 cups rice, cooked
3 egg yolkes
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 cup orange juice
Take hot cooked rice and stir in butter and egg yolkes. Add sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and orange juice. Pour into tart crust and bake at 350°F until golden. Serve hot.
